As a ProDOK Engineer, you are responsible for preparing instrument indexes and loop documentation, designing loop diagrams, creating datasheets for instrumentation – in short, the full documentation management of industrial process installations. You will work with ProDOK Next Generation and ensure a correct and efficient translation of technical requirements into executable diagrams and project documentation. 

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Preparing, updating, and managing all loop documentation. 

• Translating functional designs and technical specifications into detailed designs. 

• Verifying designs for technical accuracy, standards, and regulations (e.g. IEC, AREI). 

• Collaborating closely with project engineers, planners, and technicians to ensure smooth execution. 

• Supporting the standardization and optimization of ProDOK macros and libraries. 

• Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of design processes. 

Your profile 

We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented engineer who enjoys working in a multidisciplinary team.

You recognize yourself in the following: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field such as Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, or Automation (equivalent experience also considered). 

• Initial work experience in a relevant role, preferably within the industrial sector. 

• Experience with ProDOK Next Generation. 

• Solid knowledge of electrical standards and regulations. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, both technically and organizationally. 

• Accurate, structured, and detail-oriented. 

• Solution-oriented, with strong communication skills in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
